What excites her most at work is joining an amazing team and learning the IT industry in and out to better assist clients and set them up for financial success. "I love being able to clean up a client's books to make their reports accurate and explain what the numbers mean to my clients," Michelle explains. She thrives on learning new processes and programs, continuously expanding her skill set to deliver better results for the businesses she serves.

Outside the office, Michelle enjoys hanging out with her two children, horseback riding, reading historical fiction, and traveling. Friends and family describe her as family-oriented, motivated, and dependable. She possesses the unique talent of speaking, reading, and writing German fluently, a skill that reflects her love of learning and cultural exploration.
