Maggi holds over 35 years of experience across numerous industries, including energy (oil, gas, coal), insurance, promotional goods, manufacturing, railroads, food services, country clubs, and engineering. Starting at a very early age, she worked her way up through all aspects of accounting, beginning in treasury and accounts receivable, progressing through roles as bookkeeper, payroll clerk, and accountant, and eventually rising to controller positions. This comprehensive background gives her a unique perspective on financial operations from every angle. One of her proudest professional achievements was turning around an employer's unbilled receivables from over $500K on average per month to less than $30K within just six months.

What excites her most at work is the combination of great people, challenging work, and enough variety to keep things interesting. "I enjoy a challenge and completing puzzles," Maggi explains. "And to me accounting is a giant puzzle." Her problem-solving mindset and decades of hands-on experience make her an invaluable resource for clients navigating complex financial situations.

Outside the office, Maggi serves on a community council where she creates their quarterly newsletter, handles social media, and serves her village. As part of this commitment, she volunteers at the community cafe, where she gets to meet most of the elderly residents.
