Andrea Ochoa

As a Lead Accountant, Andrea plays a central role in conducting month-end financial reviews, guiding team members through complex questions, and meeting with clients to provide clarity on their financials and offer practical solutions.

Andrea holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance and is currently in the process of obtaining her CPA license. Her career began in 2021 as a Junior Accountant in the cellular industry, where she quickly developed hands-on expertise in daily accounting, reconciliations, and inventory management for a 14-store operation. She transitioned to a bookkeeping firm in 2022, working primarily with clients in the construction industry, where she rose rapidly from Accountant to Senior Accountant and eventually to CFO. In these leadership roles, she not only oversaw accounting teams but also led cash flow strategy, business consulting, and client acquisition.

What excites her most at work is the opportunity to relieve clients of the stress that comes with numbers, allowing them to focus on running and growing their businesses: “I genuinely love what I do for work, and I want clients to enjoy running their business. If I can take some of that stress away from all of the numbers, then it's a win for both of us.” Her goal is to make the accounting side of business feel more approachable, less stressful, and ultimately empowering for her clients.

Outside the office, she stays just as active—taking her daughter to swim and gymnastics classes, enjoying walks and runs with her two golden retrievers, and embracing the energy of summer concerts.
